Welcome! I’m glad you are considering counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor working in Matthews, North Carolina. My office is convenient to South Charlotte and Union County.

I named my practice “Seeds” because I see so many parallels between cultivating healthy plants, and the work that happens in the therapy office: being able to identify and create an environment conducive to healthy growth, weeding out things that might choke growth, and the wisdom found in navigating different seasons.

“Collaboration” is part of the name because counseling truly is a joint effort – my goal is to partner with my clients to identify and leverage their strengths, understand their stories, and remove barriers so that they can heal and flourish.
